Starting over… AGAIN!

It happened again!  Work got VERY busy for me, and weight loss and this blog fell off my radar.  I stopped exercising, but luckily, I did not go back to my poor eating habits.  So it is time to start over.

I now have a Fit Bit that I use to track my steps and general activity at all times.  So far in the few days that I have had it I have found that on days that I do not work I am far less active than on days that I do.  That is something I will have to fix.

I currently have my goal set to 10,000 steps a day, and I will be getting back to exercising as well as meeting my 10k step goal on top of that.

So, here we go!  AGAIN!
