Day 2 – Weigh-in Wednesday

I woke up at 8am feeling excited about the day.  My legs where a little sore from yesterdays run but not as bad as I expected, I guess all the walking I do at work helped a bit here.  Today is weigh-in Wednesday so the first thing I did when I got out of bed was weigh myself.

Okay, so that’s my starting point.  My current goal is to get down to 199.9lbs. So I have 37.7 pounds to go!

Today’s activity

After a egg sandwich and 16oz’s of Earl Grey tea I was off to the gym feeling motivated and ready to work!  Here is the workout I did today:

  • 5 sets 10 reps bench press (135lbs)
  • 5 sets 10 reps dumbbell curls
  • 5 sets 10 reps lat pull downs
  • 3 sets 10 reps leg press
  • 3 sets 10 reps leg curls

After working out I headed to the shop (my company owns a small workshop that we build road cases) and spent most of the day organizing and cleaning the shop getting it ready to start another run of production.

Today’s Total Steps

  • 12,184

Yesterdays Total Steps

  • 12,223

I have my goal set at 10,000 steps a day.  Tuesdays and Thursdays I should be well above 10,000 steps (they are my run/walk days).

Well, so far so good!
